R J Hirsch Builder Inc. welcomes you to our 2008 SCWBA Parade Home! With magnificent curb appeal, you should expect to be impressed from the very first glance.

From the cozy brick-arched front porch, you enter the large elegant foyer. Notice the warm abundance of rich hickory flooring which flows from room to room. On the right, French doors open to a private study with oak-beamed cathedral ceiling and custom book shelves. Turn left and you enter the formal dining room with a unique curved tray ceiling. Straight ahead, through the custom arch opening, is the main living area of the house. And the open stairs makes for easy access to the lower level living space where you find a family room, bedroom, bath and kitchenette.

The master bedroom is located at the back of the home and features a large master bath. Inside the bath you will find a double-bowl vanity, walk-in closet, private stool room, whirlpool tub, and a stunning ceramic tile and glass shower.
