Every year the Builders and Remodelers put their best efforts into the products they build. There’s always something new in the homes that you may have never seen before. Remodeled homes have before and after pictures, so you can better imagine what your basement or whole house remodel or addition would look like.

This year you will find 14 new homes and 6 remodeled homes that will give you many ideas to build or remodel. We ask that you respect all the homes you choose to view. Children under 18 are free and welcome to attend however, we do request that you keep all children safe and closely at your side.

As President of the South Central Wisconsin Builders Association, I would first like to thank the owners that have allowed us to include their homes in the Parade. And second, many thanks to the Builders & Remodeling Contractors who participate in this year’s Parade. Thirdly, thanks to Carol Engebretson, our Executive Officer, and her staff Mary and Pennie, for without them, this would not be possible.

A home is a place where one hangs their hat and raises their family, a safe harbor from the stress of the outside world and also where we entertain friends, clients and ourselves. We each live in a home that fits our needs and as those needs change we build or remodel to adapt those needs.
