The previous owners loved this late 50’s modern house and its riverfront gardens that they bought it back. They also brought back the interior of this home to a new level of sophistication.
The home itself was sound; in fact, the exterior brick walls are also the structural framework for this building. For comfort and energy conservation, new framing was added around the perimeter walls along with new windows and doors.
The lannon stone fireplaces are the only original interior element, the cabinetry, tilework, flooring and trimwork are all new.
