As our homeowner’s needs changed, they desired the convenience of a 1st floor laundry & sunroom. Calling on the expertise of JC Builders once again, a 300 sq foot addition was designed as a “wrap around” to allow for exposure on all four sides of the home.
Gaining southern exposure to view the beautiful landscape, west to see who pulled into the driveway, east to overlook gazebo areas, north to view the road, and a new laundry room brought our homeowners dreams to life.
A hipped cathedral ceiling was developed for an “open air feeling” from laundry room flowing into sun room.
Full view window walls featuring casement windows & custom storage benches and bookshelves were added along the east wall to achieve the coziness desired.
